Last appt was in November. They cancelled appt in Dec and again today(Jan) They want to give appt in Feb. Have 2 referrals in for specialist and nothing yet. 1 from 3 months ago. BP is 150/106 right now and another ear infection. But I can walk in they say. My last walk in took over 4 hours there(Nov) I don't know how it's beneficial to me to stay there. I don't think they want me. Im too old now.

Drs. Don't call back with lab results within 24 hours. Or even 48 hours. Left messages with dr. Said he would call right back. Another 24 hours nothing. Pathetic way to treat patients. Never experienced this lack of care.

Parking is usually terrible, getting an appointment for emergency situations is difficult, but the staff is generally friendly and understanding. It's just frustrating watching my grandma struggle after her stroke, with everything from here eyesight to the mass in her digestive tract. They always schedule months out, it took 5 months and 3 emergency room visits to get established with an in-person Primary Care Physician. There is no cancellation list so you have to call every morning, we used to ask for one of the staff specifically because she was always really helpful but they stopped putting her on the phone. Again, understandable but frustrating. My family has chosen this facility because of the Lyft options, as my mother and I both have full time jobs and cannot always take her to appointments and at this point my grandma knows this facility enough to feel comfortable going by herself. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.
