Wayne and his team helped me through the settlement of an estate and all the ensuing tax paperwork several years ago. Unexpectedly, the IRS recently contacted him requesting information from 3 years back -- Wayne quickly pulled together the information, packaged it appropriately, and sent it to me for signature. I was blown away by the professionalism and proactive nature of his actions -- instead of simply notifying me the IRS needed something, he took it upon himself to fix the problem.
