Every single bug issue that I have had with my house since we bought it has been fixed by these guys. Cockroaches? Gone. Wasps? Dead within a day. Ants? Ain't seen them since BioShield came by. Spiders? Good luck getting rid of those around here, lol! But seriously, they're good at their job and will come out within a couple of days of making a call, no extra charge. They have cheap monthly plans that are contracted year by year, with one up front charge depending on the type. They do termite prevention too! (They do offer discounts for military folk). Highly recommend these guys if you need pest control for your house in the Virginia Beach area.

I had an appointment and I was emailed that the tech had an medical emergency. When I called for another appointment they gave me tuesday of the next week. Then I get another text and call said that there was another medical emergency. I asked could I get someone else to come out. She scheduled me for thursday. The tech was very friendly. He came on time and was very good. The only complaint I have is when someone is out that suppose to come, why can't another tech be assigned for the day of my appointment. It is very inconvenient because I have to let members of my family know they are coming, because I am at work, and they have to reschedule their schedule for this....read full review

We have had Bioshied pest control for several years and have always been very happy with the service, the employees, and the results. The company has now been bought by another company, but I have not reason to think my opinion will change. A new technician, Richard, preformed our service today and was very knowledgeable and polite. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough with the service. I highly recommend Bioshield for anyone looking for good quality pest control.Services: General pest inspection
