My husband and I went here for the first time to have our taxes done for 2020. Everything seemed fine at first, the preparer we worked with was friendly and said he would keep us posted on the status and let us know if they needed anything else. Once he told me that our taxes were done and ready to be signed I noticed that the return amount was much lower than in previous years and asked why that was if we had no promotions or change in pay and was given some roundabout answer about changes in income (which we thought may have been due to money that the military didn't withhold for 2020.) Carole Howland from Baker and McNiff was very helpful when I was having trouble with using Quickbooks. She was able to find the problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who uses Quickbooks.
