Wow! Wow! Wow! If you want honest reliable and great customer service skill that also goes along with knowledge of your AC repair. Call BAJA. From the service call to Cody coming out to my rental property same day and repair on site. I was totally grateful and impressed. They are also affordable but not the cheap work and cut corners type of business. They are thorough and will advise you on your unit and system things, but will not over sell you like others to bleed your pocket. Baja heating and cooling is the ONLY company I will ever use for my HVAC. They came out with swiftness and did not leave until they had my unit repaired. Their guys are super professional and explained everything in detail and Ms. Katie in the office was extremely helpful and polite.
We called them because our very old ac unit was acting like it was on its last leg. It was running intermittently and not chilling effectively. They were able to dispatch someone that day and he (Cody) diagnosed and repaired the unit quickly and efficiently and had the unit running like it was brand new. We couldn't be happier with the service. We highly recommend this company. .
