I normally never have problems here and having been going here for 6 years but today was that exception. My nails took quite a while and that’s fine but I got nipped so bad that my thumb is still bleeding! The tech did apologize but for $85 I shouldn’t now have to worry about getting an infection. I will still return but I will avoid that tech and stick with Candy or Kenny.
