Used the Chesapeake location this past Saturday for our dog Piper. From the receptionist to the vet tech and vet, we had superb service. They were all compassionate and kind. Also, not pushy with recommendations. Normally when you hear urgent care you think ridiculous money but I felt like the pricing was more than fair and not overpriced, especially for the care Piper received not to mention our peace of mind. You can also check in online and they will let you know when you can head to the location for your appointment. Highly recommend Ally if you find yourself needing urgent care for your pet.
I have used Ally twice, happy with the care received both times. The wait list is very convenient. Our wait times for both visits were quick and all staff was professional and kind.
I had an amazing visit with Ally today. They were compassionate and caring for myself and my pet, and their hours are absolutely amazing for someone who works during the week. 10/10 service.
