Our AC had suddenly stopped working Sunday night - we had called 5 other companies all of which couldn't come out for almost a week. First call to Advantage and they immediately sent someone out. I'm so sorry I can't remember the person's name but he was wonderful! Did a thorough check of everything, was straight to the point, but best of all he didn't try upcharge or sell us anything. I am definitely going to set up yearly maintenance with this company because I was so impressed by their timelines, communication and service. Thank you!
