I have a poodle named Jasper. In 2016, he had some skin infection issues, and through a friend's recommendation, we came to this animal hospital. Acredale has been taking care of his health for the past ten years. Two weeks ago, due to his old age, pneumonia, and skin cancer, we visited the hospital. After an efficient and professional examination, Dr. Madison offered several treatment options, and we decided to bring him home and take medicine and keep conservative treatment. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it. I called to cancel Jasper's follow-up appointment and let them know we lost him. As always, everything from check-in to initial consult to exam and release was excellent. The staff, techs and vets that are part of the process from start to finish are top notch, extremely knowledgeable and very professional.
Unfortunate and fairly rare recurring root hypoplasia in our Golden Doodle. Several teeth had to be extracted. Vet took great care with him and he is again on the mend. Extraordinary service from Acredale!
