I have used Maureen in previous years. I skipped a few years as it was a simple return. I lost my father in 2023 and had some inheritance income. I wanted to be safe and have a professional prepare my taxes. My sister ( who lives in another state), had her taxes done - same inheritance income, was NOT taxed on one of our inheritances. Thank God my sister and I compared notes. Maureen made a huge error that would have cost me about $10k. I've contacted her, her office, her Facebook page with only one response from her. I provided proof that she made a mistake and simply wanted her to fix and amend my return. I have gotten zero response. No returned calls, no returned emails ect. As stated on her Facebook page, fair pricing - far less than what the big chains charge. Well- I guess you get what you pay for. I am so shocked and appalled that I've gotten no response in 2 weeks. She cashed my check that I paid for the same day she did my return. She been paid and I was almost out $10k. Now I have another accountant amending my return. Which is more money and a ton more of my time. Stay away! Your money will be taken and you'll never hear back until next year when she's ready to collect your next check. I have contacted the IRS- and my attorney. I do not wish this undue stress on anyone! The only thing I can think is that something shady is being done. Sad!

Hands down the best Tax prep business I have ever had prepare my taxes! The knowledge and experience of Mrs Maureen is amazing. I will never use another tax service. You can't beat the quality, fee and fast service.

She Filed the wrong form last year for my state taxes. After asking her several times to send the correct one, she stopped responding and never filed. She had multiple excuses when I texted to see if she could send the form. Therefore, I was never able to get my state taxes. We Had used her for numerous years without issues.
