Abbey Animal Hospital provides kind and caring service to its clients. The staff is knowledgeable and answers all questions, showing love and care for the animals as if they were their own. The hospital offers doggy daycare, which is great for socialization and exercise. Many clients appreciate the great staff and understanding doctors, especially for urgent needs like orthopedic surgery. Additionally, they see exotics, which is a unique feature. However, some clients have experienced slow service in the office, including long wait times and delays in printing receipts. Some clients have found the prescription prices to be high, with an extra fee for filling prescriptions elsewhere. Despite this, the hospital has received praise for their grooming services and commitment to helping pets, even after visits.
The staff is great , they care about your pets the doctors are great as well and are understanding. They see exotics how cool is that ! I highly recommend coming here especially if your pet needs orthopedic surgery. Their grooming, kennel techs, receptionist and grooming staff are amazing as well. Shout out to Zajane, Lauryn, Chloe, Brittany, Emily, Destiny, Elaina, Katie, Brooke , Matt, Eve, Raivyn, Jenna and Kayla love them all! Kathy , Justin and Adriann are very helpful managers any issues at all they will help resolve it.
This vet has been so helpful to my little dog. I highly recommend them. They are very understanding about the worry one has about their pet. And if you ever have questions after your visit and call them they do their best to get the information needed to help you. We will continue to keep coming back! And with a plus they do grooming services! We are waiting to get all healed up before we can try that.
Took our cat Milo there for an emergency visit around 5 PM due to him getting into a bare knuckles brawl with our other cat that instigated it. He was seen right away and after a thorough check over his eye was declared swollen and we were sent away with eye anointment and directions. After a week it cleared up as expected! I highly recommend them to ANYONE who needs urgent care! and the price was EXCEPTIONALY REASONABLE! $220 out the door! I KNOW I would have paid MUCH MORE other places!!!
