Doug arrived at the scheduled time and quickly found out what the problem was and replaced the motor and not try to sell me a whole new unit. The price was fair and cold was flowing in 30 minutes. I will be using them again when it's time for a tune up.
Jake B called with his anticipated arrival time. He fiddle around. Asked initial questions and from there went straight to the attic to check out the air handler. Loose wire identified then went outside to the heat pump. Did a quick charge and he was out less than an hour. Good sercie
Service technician arrived on time and after reviewing the tasks requested, immediately conducted the necessary work. His knowledge and professionalism to do the work were exceptional. Because of his level of expertise and work ethic, he had completed the job in less than an hour. Overall, outstanding job.
