It was clear that she loves what she does and deeply cares about her patients. Dr. Bullen consistently demonstrated excellent bedside manners, ensuring her patients' needs were fully met. She also integrated holistic healing practices in addition to traditional medical practices to ensure her patients receive excellent well-rounded care! If I could give 100+ gold stars, I would!

Naomi Hair Studio in suite 141, she is awesome!! I have been wanting to get a certain style done on me for a long time but hesitate getting it done because the last time I tried getting it done, what I ended up with was a helmet head lol. I found out about Naomi recently, and since my daughter wanted a haircut we decided to give her a try. My daughter and I ended up loving what she did to my daughter's hair, and also loved her personality. Naomi was easy to talk to, made it easy for us to explain what my daughter wanted, and she worked with my daughter on figuring out how it would look best. I was so impressed with Naomi, I decided to ask her what she thought about the style I wanted on me. After hearing what she said, I booked an appointment right away. I got my haircut today and I am very happy. We will definitely see her whenever we need our hair done, and will recommend her to everyone!

What ever your needs are or color you want. She is truly handsdown amazing! & I have gone to the best in NYC. I watched her cut, color and style others hairs while I was waiting. She is the best in this area. Sadly hard to find her in the shopping center across food lion. But found the salon. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

They answered all of my questions as I’m not used to going to a salon or getting my hair professionally done. Joes the man. I actually ended up almost missing my appointment. I had a small fender bender that made me late. But joe was accommodating and was able to still get me in. Plus, even with the time crunch, he was still able to give me an awesome haircut and a friendly experience. The cut istelf is absolutely fire. The man is a crafstman no doubt. Even under presssure. Went in for a last minute cut. I called at 430 and they got me in at 6 with Rebeckah. It was clear when I got there that I probably extended her day but she still took her time and did an amazing job with a great attitude. I’m not the most chatty person but she made me feel very comfortable and asked for my opinion throughout the cut. I really liked her and would absolutely recommend.
Go to Jo! I’ve been visiting Sheer Passion for my last three hair appointments and I’m so glad I made the switch to this salon! I’ve been so impressed with Jo. She is so friendly, welcoming, and always does a phenomenal job! Even when I just go in for a trim, she leaves me feeling like a million bucks! The Key Salon Studios is such a great place! It is a beautiful space, so warm and cozy. You are greeted with such an amazing set up when you walk in the door with a comfy seating area and a coffee and snack station. Who doesn't love that?! The colors are inviting and everything is so clean, which is super important to me! Everyone that has a salon inside is very nice and personable. This really is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs from hair to facials to waxing to sound therapy and even much needed girl talk! I thought I wouldn't find one in time until a mutual friend told me about your best stylist Bry! She said sure thing come in no problem! Not only did she take me last minute but she was also super attentive to detail and was constantly making sure everything was right even told me a few things about making the style I was going for look even better it's like she took the style I was going for and absolutely perfected it. I used to go to another place but now I am completely switching to legacy and only going there now just because of Bry! Give that woman a raise!$$

Just tried out these guys today. Awesome job. Fast and affordable. Only $13 and I was in and out in 20 minutes. They use the vacuum on the clippers which is great so you don’t have hair all over you. Will certainly be coming back!

Kayla and team are absolutely terrific! There is a location closer to me, but I chose this one based off of its awesome reviews and it has been an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, I never feel pressured or feel like I'm getting the run around. The beds are great and I always come out with a deep tan, I have tried all the different bed levels and I love that for a small fee I can upgrade to any bed I want! It's always super clean too.

Visited from out of town today and it had the pleasure of being helped by Raegan. I was thoroughly impressed by her exceptional service. Despite the place being extremely crowded, Raegan managed to accommodate every customer with a warm and welcoming smile. It took me a few days to get around to writing this review. I got my pedicure a week ago on July 9th 2024. The service was AMAZING! The conversation was wonderful and both Monye and her counterpart (Mama :-) ) were accommodating and pleasant. I didn't feel pressured into additional services or rushed in any way. My spa pedicure was thorough and efficient. My feet felt amazing and soft after. And don't get me started on that chair! I've never been in a better massaging pedicure seat! Trust me, neither have you! She made suggestions based on the dress I was wearing for the wedding I was attending and although I didn't go with her suggestion for my own practical reasons, I fully intend on trying her suggestion on one of my future visits. Once I learned of the other services provided, I decided then to make this my spot.

I had an appointment here yesterday for a Brazilian. The place itself is super cute and clean. I saw Shelby, she was amazing! I felt super comfortable with her the entire time. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I have only ever gotten a Brazilian one other time at another waxing place and I was really unhappy with the results plus the pain. I'm very happy with my results & it honestly didn't hurt that bad! I'll be coming back to Shelby!

As for my experience with Joy, she was a little bit gentle for a deep tissue massage and kept telling me to relax when I was already completely relaxed - perhaps she didn't know that I just had very tight muscles and knots. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, I would recommend seeing a registered massage therapist. It was relaxing nonetheless. Would recommend.

Tray was wonderful, great communication she explained everything she was doing step by step. I got a lil weary at one point and she ensured me that my brows would look good not to worry. She took her time and made sure I was happy before proceeding. Afterwards I was very happy with my results. Tray went over aftercare and how my brows should look from day 1-42 with all the ups and downs, the do and don’t along with a lil aftercare package . She even checked on me a few days later to see if I had any questions and how my brows were healing. Ultimately my experience was nothing less than amazing.

I’ve gotten a tattoo here by Dan, he was very kinda and understanding and i love my tattoo so much, The shop is always clean and calming and everyone there is so nice. I also got a piercing done by Oli, super awesome to work with and the piercings are beautiful. The atmosphere the staff here provides is very welcoming which in my opinion is very important for a piercing/tattoo shop. I literally will never go anywhere else lol.
My friend and I are on vacation this week and decided to get tattoos. We chose this place because they had great reviews and hoped they could fit us in. Luckily, they were able to get us both in! My wife and I have been getting tattoos from Ghost ship for a while and the artists here are amazing at what they do. My wife got 3 tattoos here and they all turned out great. I've been working with Cliff on a half sleeve on my left arm and I get compliments all the time on how cool it looks. Still a work in progress but Cliff is making it look great.
Alex is the Goat at Ancient Art!!! My wife travel 3 hours every time to see Alex to get tatted. Highly skilled and talented. Awesome communication skills and customer service. Been 4 times and going back in July. Only place we go. And on another note, the other artists, though we haven’t had the experience of being tatted by them, they are exceptionally talented and awesome to from my observation. I got a tattoo done by Ian. I requested Ian after seeing his work on line and his talent with fine lines and his beautiful creations. I absolutely love the tattoo he designed for me. It captured everything we discussed and honestly his design was even more beautiful than I imagined. He is a master of his craft and a genuinely nice person. I enjoyed my experience with Ian and every person I communicated with there. Everyone is friendly, helpful and responsive.

Baghe Henna was awesome! She went above and beyond to do my daughter henna tattoo despite their power outage due to the heavy rain in the area! She was sooo nice and helpful! We are on day 2 and the henna tattoo still looks great!
Sean was the only plumber who answered his phone despite it being on a holiday. All other plumbers that I called never returned my call so maybe that was a sign not to use them. Sean and Jason came the next day to fix and resolve my issue. They did an awesome job and cleaned up the mess. He is reasonably priced as well. I will definitely hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

We have used Tony and Sons for 20 years, would recommend to anyone needing a plumber. Always there when you need them and their work is second to none.
2 years ago, at 8:30pm, I discovered a clogged main drain. I could hear the toilet and kitchen sink gurgling as the laundry washer drained. I waited for the washer to finish, and then I opened up all the clean outs and did my best to remove the obstruction. After discovering that the obstruction was beyond reach of my modified shopvac hose, I started disassembling the main at the FERNCOs that connected sections of pipe together. The 3rd FERNCO I removed tore while I was disassembing it. By the time I climbed out of the crawl space, it was too late to make a Lowe's or Home Depot run. I called 2 other "emergency" plumbers to be told they would have to come out and look at what needs repaired. They couldn't give me an immediate time, nor could they sell me just a FERNCO, they had to make the service call, and that would have been a few hundred bucks. George's was the 3rd place I called. I spoke directly to George, and he understood my dilemma. He told me where his shop was, and that he had a guy there that would wait on me. I hauled ass from JANAF to Lynnhaven to spare them the waiting around. I don't know who the guy was that was waiting on me, but he was very cool and took care of me; had what I needed waiting. I paid the man and was on my way. By 11:15pm, the clog was cleared, the plumbing was reassembled, and within the next 30 minutes after, the tools were cleaned and put away. Without George and his staff, I'd be without a sink, shower, or shitter until after Lowe's opened at 6am. I highly recommend George's, just on his customer service and flexibility alone. He could have been greedy and wanted a service charge, but he didn't; he took care of me in my time of need. And for that, I am extremely grateful.
Update: George’s has done it again. I discovered I had a water main leak and didn’t have the means or knowledge to fix it. I would have otherwise repaired it only for it to leak again in a few years. I also didn’t want to mess with it. After calling other plumbers and receiving their answering services, being told I had to pay a service call just to get estimates for the repairs, I called George’s. George had me call his guy Anthony (found out was the guy that waited on me 2 years ago) to see if he could get me in. Although extremely late at night, and after I offered Anthony an opportunity to come tomorrow. He said if I was good with it, he would prefer to come tonight. So, he came, fixed my leak, and even went above and beyond to fix a couple other things that didn’t make sense with my plumbing. Impeccable service once again, still very personable, and highly recommended. Just wish I could give more than 5 stars.

That experience was so positive, I asked them back to install a ceiling fixture in a room where there wasn't one and to replace an old ceiling fan with a flush mount fixture. Timely and professional, very sweet ladies too. Did a great job cleaning overall, there were a couple spots of the floors that I noticed after they were gone that were tough to get up but I was able to do so after some hard scrubbing, so maybe would've liked to see some more elbow grease if you would. At the same time I understand them not wanting to scrub too hard for fear of damaging something and then being held liable. Again great service overall.

S&S flooring studio was amazing from in and out! I am new to the carpeting process but it was in no way stressful from beginning to end! They came in pretty quick for measuring and within a week I got a brand new carpet and the old one thrown away!! 10/10 recommend, they definitely feel like family and very nice people. Even included a picture to show you how the carpet looked before(due to previous tenant) and how new the place looks now! They even recommended some paint colors I could do to accentuate the room even better with the carpet.

Without the slightest exaggeration, my wife and I can say that in our lifetime (a long time) we have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. Coradi Contracting is the extremely rare example of a company that actually provides old world craftsmanship at an extremely reasonable price. We had our shower remodeled —a project that took approximately two weeks. During the project we had access to an app that provided a detailed schedule and description of the work they were doing on each day. There were two crews. The first crew renovated the infrastructure and were true craftsmen. CJ, Bruce and the other CJ —came at exactly the time they said they would. They were extraordinarily polite and considerate of our needs. And on each day they were here, they cleaned the entire space spotlessly before they left. The second crew —Mick and his assistant Enri did the tile work and made the project a beautiful piece of art. Mick is a true artisan! We heartily recommend Coradi Contracting who did all this for half the price we’d been quoted by others! 10 stars!
Hometown remodeling helped me out of a tight spot with the city, my home is on the older side and I inherited it from my father with little to no work done on it so it needed quite a bit of help . Jake and Jake (Jacob) did all the wood work around my house and covered it so everything is protected for the future , it looks amazing and they managed to do it so quickly even though it was really hot . When we had our gutters replaced they also had Robby ( Robert) place up some shingles I had bought up so it looked better and he was really quick about it I barely noticed they were there and then it was done . Thank you all so much for the help my brothers and I really do appreciate it. We will be using this company again for any future issues with our elder house. Oh! We had PLS renovate our entire kitchen, bar area and office space. They did an amazing job and were more reasonable with pricing than any other company we had got quotes from. Most contractors we had dealt with didn’t show up on time or at all but Zach was reliable and communicated above and beyond throughout the whole renovation. Zach was professional, did great work, cleaned up each day and was able to accommodate nit picky requests. Only regret we have is that we wish we would’ve had them to renovate our bathrooms years ago!

I went here a couple of months ago for a shrub I used to own years ago and loved, but have found that no other nursery or garden center between Va Beach to Newport News were selling it except for Coastal Landscape & Nursery. Their inventory online let me know they had it and they had a large quantity of this shrub in 2-3 pot sizes. I went there for this one particular shrub, but was blown away by the quantity and variety of plants at this place and the size of the property. The property is so huge that you are better of using one of their golf carts to ride around in. It's basically a plant mall. The list of plants online at their website is great, but DEFINITELY not complete! They also have separate, adjacent land just for the trees. The location of Coastal Landscapes & Nursery is a far drive from most places in Hampton Roads area, but worth it.
Paul kept in constant contact with either my wife or myself during the whole process. Him and his team did an amazing job on our patio. Not only did they build an amazing patio with a fire pit, but they also fixed the grading issue under my deck and my backyard! Amazing job, very personable, extremely kind, and always professional! I had an excellent experience with Mike’s Tree Service. An arborist came out initially to give us an estimate. They suggested how far up they thought would be best based on the tree’s health.
They arrived on time and were extremely organized and cleaned as they went. I didn’t need to go over any spots that might have been missed. They all worked together well and were a very well oiled machine.
Their estimate came in about 10 percent higher, but now that they left I am glad I chose them. The other estimate came from a guy in a truck and not with an arborist background. We had a 80 foot oat tree removed and five other oaks trimmed.

Called Steve in the morning to haul away piles of branches from two huge crepe myrtle trees I’d severely pruned back. He arrived two hours later (in the pouring rain) and hauled it all away. He cleaned up everything, even raked that area of the yard where I’d piled everything. Fair price and fast, couldn’t ask for a better job done. I’ve recommended him to all our neighbors.

Had several trees removed and some trimmed heavily. These folks were easy to deal with from beginning to end. Very reasonable pricing too. Since attending I have had several changes to my care that have led to the decision to have implants done because of cancer treatments and Dr. Capps has worked with me and through the red tape without hesitation in making sure that I was well cared for and the most beautiful part is that his staff made sure that the problems that I was supposed to take care of, they did themselves and made the transition from pain to a tearless experience as wonderful as possible. Dr.Art is the most thorough and attentive chiropractor I have ever been to! Lauren at the front desk is friendly and always so helpful with scheduling me in, even at the last minute. All of my immediate family and most of my extended family see Dr.Art. Even my two year old grandson sees him. You could find no other chiropractor that is more knowledgeable and understanding than Dr.Art and his team!
Dr. Lou has been an excellent chiropractor for me. I went with issues in my shoulder, arm, and neck from repetitive computer use. I felt better from the first visit, and things continue to improve. Carmen is wonderful, too, and I have never had a medical experience that ran so "on time." I am always in for my adjustment at the appointed time. Adjustments also include time on their spine rolling machine, which was an upcharge at a previous chiropractor. It was easily a 5-star experience for me.
Everyone in the office is so kind and caring. This includes the front desk worker, the chiropractor himself and the physical therapist. They all made me feel very safe and comfortable. My neck and back has never felt better after a few weeks here. 10/10 will be back!

Dr. Krista has been the only chiropractor able to adjust my upper back. I've noticed I don't have frequent headaches or vertigo like I had before going to Wave of Life. When I did have a headache she adjusted my jaw and the pain was instantly gone. There's also been a great improvement in my rib pain. I'm very grateful Wave of Life Chiropractic was recommended to me.
This place does a great job. My son like Rachel and Amanda. He always leaves feeling better and ready to go. They have helped him through multiple issues. A sore hip with lessened mobility was one and after two visits he was 100%. Amanda has even assisted with getting his sinuses right after only one visit. If you are looking for a chiro in Virginia Beach I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I went to the va beach location and From the reception, techs and drs. I received great care all around for my guy! They were able to squeeze me in on an emergency basis and tried everything they could to save my dogs eye. Unfortunately they did have to end up surgically removing it. I did have concerns during the healing process and there was always a doctor on call to answer my questions and they all seem like they really cared. The surgical site healed beautifully. Everyone here seems very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. My dog needed extra care during the procedure and they made sure everything was done correctly before doing the surgery
Our last vet left the profession so, after reading reviews, I decided to take our dog and cat here. The vets and vet techs are kind and caring and are super helpful.
After I kept a friendly feral cat born in my neighborhood, he had to get his shots. I already have several rescued animals and needed to start saving more on vet costs. Therefore, I have been going to cheap shot clinics for his needs. This is the best one that I've been to. It's seamless. You show up, check in on your phone and even if you don't have a car, they have a waiting room for you to sit in. You don't have to just stand in the aisles of a store in a long line. They come out, talk to you and give your pet his/her shots/deworming treatments. Then, you get checked out and go on your way. It's great. Prices are fair. This is the cat that went...his name is Perseus and he is the friendliest feral I have ever met.
My dog Moki has had ACL issues since last summer. I tried other practices with no progress. It was recommended that I try the Center for Animal Healing and I’m glad I did. After a couple of treatments Moki has finally shown improvement, significant improvement. Great doctor, great staff that really cares! Highly recommend Center for Animal Healing.

We’ve been taking our animals to General Booth for years and they have never let us down. My kitty developed a heart murmur and Dr. Keller saw us within the week. We formed a game plan that is safe for kitty but also not going to cost a fortune. I love their honesty in explaining routes for treatment and they always seem to put themselves in your shoes to offer you the best treatment advice.

The vet tech and vet were so friendly and helpful. We just adopted a dog from the humane society and we weren't sure how she would react but they were amazing and she was happy and at ease. They answered all our questions. I am so glad I chose this vet. They are wonderful. I highly recommend them.
I have been going to the Courthouse Vet Clinic for the past decade and have never had an issue with them. The clinic gets busy, however, the staff are very helpful, attentive, and caring. Dr. Watson is absolutely amazing at what he does and is very knowledgeable, informative, and takes the time to explain his diagnosis and treatment plans. During a recent health scare, the team helped turn our cats health around. They continued to reach out to help, informed us of lab results, and checked in on our cats health throughout the week. I can’t recommend Courthouse Vet enough!
Back in 2007 we got a beagle and Dr. Jones was her first vet. We moved after a couple years but he was fabulous. I wish we could find another vet like him for my new dog here in Stafford. He was always honest and fair priced.
We were vacationing in VA Beach and experienced an emergency with our dog. Our dog was promptly scheduled for a visit by the staff and evaluated by Dr. Johnson within 2 hours of receiving our call.
After evaluation, we were provided with a thorough explanation of his findings along with a detailed cost estimate for the treatment plan. As this was our dog's first visit to this vet, the treatment plan included taking necessary precautions (drawing blood, physical examination, etc.) to make sure our pet would not have adverse reactions to sedation. He reviewed the treatment plan and associated risks with us, spent ample time addressing all of our concerns and provided a detailed account of the procedure afterward. The treatment plan was reasonable and did not include anything egregious or unnecessary - very noteworthy since we were from out of town and experiencing an emergency with our pet.
The staff is excellent as well - very professional, compassionate and dedicated. In addition to recognizing the need for immediate care, the staff provided answers to all of our follow up questions the day of the procedure and during the routine "follow up" call the next day. It was very comforting to know that our pet was in good hands throughout the entire process.
Dr. B and the rest of the staff are amazing. From the first time we stepped into their office. They were caring and concerned and truly went above and beyond to help my pet. Unfortunately she did not make it, but it wasn’t for lack of effort. Every time we arrived the entire staff would spring into action, all hands ready and trying to assist and be supportive. I cannot thank them enough, except to write a great review. If you think your pet has pain or issues the vet can’t pinpoint, visit, you won’t regret it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Used the Chesapeake location this past Saturday for our dog Piper. From the receptionist to the vet tech and vet, we had superb service. They were all compassionate and kind. Also, not pushy with recommendations. Normally when you hear urgent care you think ridiculous money but I felt like the pricing was more than fair and not overpriced, especially for the care Piper received not to mention our peace of mind. You can also check in online and they will let you know when you can head to the location for your appointment. Highly recommend Ally if you find yourself needing urgent care for your pet.
We've been taking our Poodles Dallas(RIP) and Tiger since they took over Preppie Pooch and we've only had one issues but we resolved it professionally and respectfully. Everyone is awesome and the atmosphere is amazing and clean. My brother and daughter also take their babies to get groomed. We've enjoyed them for years and our babies are never hesitate when going,really excited! They definitely need to be voted Best in the Beach!! and thankful for everyone there!
I've tried several self-service dog wash businesses, but Muddy Buddy is by far the best! I like that their washing stations are enclosed, so my pup won't get distracted by other dogs. Additionally, the stalls are so clean! They have everything you need to wash your dog, including shampoo, and brushes, plus a blow dryer/towels to dry your dog off. It is priced by the size of the dog, so I paid $15, which is a great price in my opinion!
My dog, Chaco, and I walked into the shop and were greeted by a room full of friendly workers, all busy with a dog but not too busy to greet their customers! My dog can be a bit of a Nervous Nelly but their excitement definitely rubbed off on him and made him more at ease.
When I called they were able to get me in with an appointment within a couple days.
When I picked up Chaco he was smiling, clean, brushed and smelled delicious! He got a bath, ears cleaned, gland expression, and nail trim. They even dressed him in a cute little bandana.
I do believe we’ve found our bath spot!
I am so glad I found this pet salon. My girls are my world as many fur babies are. My girls are the reason I get out of bed most days. Finding a new groomer is always terrifying for me because I am trusting them with my everythings. The groomer took such great care of them, put them together when I asked, listened to the important things I pointed out about my fluffy girl. I came back and was so pleased to see how great they looked and how happy they were.
Just went for a nail clip for my pups, very professional and nice! The salon is clean and they are very sweet to the dogs! Definitely recommend

Highly recommended! The only place my frenchies can get their nails cut willingly! Great service when we drop them off for baths with a quick turnaround and they smell clean for quite a while compared to other places we have taken them. Fair prices and great customer service.
I Know We've been bringing our dogs here for over 15yrs years, My chihuahua and my Chug ( Chihuahua, Pug Mix) go for nails to be cut, Even with the new Owner I've never had anyone Disrespect me, nor my parents, who also took my dogs in to be groomed. They are amazing. My dogs are excited to see them. I have sent many to them, all are pleased with their services. I can only go by how we and my pets were treated. I still and will always trust them with my pets. Until I see different.

The owner Kat is an exceptional yoga teacher—she guides with integrity and intuition. A truly personable experience at Studio 8, they meet you where you are with compassion and care. I love it here!My body and mind always feel better after class. All levels are welcome in this judgement free zone. I felt instantly at home from my first class and every instructor brings a little something special and different to the table, though I enjoy Natalie's teaching style the most, they are all great at what they do. The blacked out room instead of mirrored walls is great because it keeps me focused on what is happening inside, instead of what I look like during practice. Definitely book classes in advance because they do fill up sometimes. Looking forward to continuing my yoga journey at Torch ❤️?

This place is my new favorite! First, Liz was super welcoming even though I felt terrible running in right at the start time of class, and no dirty looks from any one in the class either everyone was just super chill in the zone and ready for class. There were 7 or 8 people in the class which was awesome because it was a really great space and didnt feel over crowded or too big. I took the Vinyasa Flow level 2 and it was an AWESOME class! There was constant movement for most of the class with a few defined times and spaces for inversions and other more advanced moves to be practiced with support as well as an electric chant at the end. Liz was a dream, she was easy to follow she constantly walked you through the moves showing and reminding verbally of important placement. During the extra hard moves she walked you through exactly how much time you had left and she did it with this enormous smile on her face just lighting up the room to make sure that if you needed a little more encouragement, she was there to extend it. At the end of the class being a new student she checked in with me to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or feedback. This studio feels like you want your studio to feel and this instructor is what you need from an instructor. Im eager to try another class here soon! Thanks Liz!
Simply the best group of yoga professionals. They are so helpful guiding the first time visitor to hot yoga. The facility is well maintained with showers and locker room for men and women. If you forget any yoga supplies they have them along with a variety of drinks to hydrate you.If you are thinking about trying hot yoga don't pass the up. The schedules are online and easy to access. The candlelight sessions are very relaxing.
Harmony Health and Yoga is a real gem of a place, and I am grateful I chanced upon it. The instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft and make everybody feel welcome. After coming here for about six months I am still amazed at the variety of classes that are taught and the thoughtful, personalized attention that is given to the visitors and members. Scented towels for shavasana, swing yoga, workshops on Ayurveda, breath work, asana break-downs, yoga story telling, and fun dance classes are just a few examples of the carefully curated offerings Harmony provides. The yoga novice will find a space devoid of intimidation or unnecessary fluff, and the seasoned yoga practitioner might find novel ways to experience and expand body and mind awareness.

I went and got a massage from Carmen today and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. This was by far the BEST massage I have ever gotten in my entire life. She was so down to earth and during our consultation she took the time to ask me very important questions which showed how much she cared about me and my body postpartum. That alone- I could tell how much she truly values her clients. RSC is fantastic. They took care of all my insurance registrations and scheduled me with Ashley. I had 11 PT sessions with Ashley and not only felt better each week but I also learned a lot about my condition and how to continue my therapy at home. My EVMS Otology practice sent me here for Vertigo PT. The In Motion PT Centers were the only group they recommended for this very specialized type of Physical Therapy. I can't say that it was a fun experience. But it worked. I'm sure the intermittent problem will eventually return because I've been dealing with it my entire life. My Physical Therapist Paola was extremely nice & helpful. I was able to book every appointment with him. We enjoyed sharing my new love of Filipino pastries. He gave me tips as to new places to try. The large building in the Town Center area is on the south side of Columbus Street across the street from Wegmans. Turn west on Columbus Street from Independence. The physical therapy space is on the 2nd floor conveniently accessible by elevator. The hall to the area is decorated with fascinating prints of old Norfolk & Virginia Beach. Seating is available in the main floor lobby space. The only reason for 4, rather than 5 stars is the hours the staff keeps. They are very friendly & nice. But they leave so early that you aren't able to make or change your appointment after therapy. One day I was there & there was no one at the desk when I arrived. A regular there told me the staff didn't work that day of the week. So when a PT came into the waiting room I told her to tell my PT that I had arrived. This staffing shortage explained why it was so hard to reach them on the phone, the only way to cancel. You aren't allowed to cancel on My Chart. Because of the Customer Service staffing flaws the rating is 3.5 rounded up to 4.

Dr Kim is wonderful. For those complaining he's services are expensive then go elsewhere. All acupuncture treatments are pricey and insurance typically does not cover any of it. Dr. Kim needs to make his money for the services he is providing. For $90 a session, that's very reasonable. He's kind and compassionate and is awesome at what he does. Sometimes it takes some people to get numerous sessions especially when they have a condition that requires more treatments to start feeling better. In all, Dr. Kim is very well worth the visit. Kudos to him.
