Ali is what we say here in the US is an "Officer and a Gentleman." I can not recommend him enough for tailoring. I sincerely doubt that you can take him anything that he can't take care of and take care of to the point of perfection. You will not be disappointed with his expertise. I took a pair of pajama bottoms and a pajama top in to get the waist of the bottoms taken in and to get the collar of the top shortened. I dropped everything off a little over a week before I needed it, and they were able to accommodate and get it done quickly! Everything looked great when I picked it up and was exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely use them in the future for other projects.

The owner followed up and explained the situation. An employee had an emergency and had to go to hospital. I changed my rating to reflect that.Original Review:I showed up on an appointment only to find out that the door was closed and no one was there. Called the shop and no one pick up. Finally got a text from them saying one employee could not make it due to some kind of emergency. I understand that things happen. If they call/text me to alert me that they have to reschedule, I would be totally ok. It is not very respectful to agree to an appointment and have a no-show and not making an effort to tell your customer as soon as you can.
