“I messaged with them on Instagram asking if I could stop in and just have someone take a look at a piercing I had. I didn't even get it at this location. I showed up and was immediately taken to the back by Kristen who took a look at my navel piercing and told me it was pierced incorrectly and was rejecting. She then took it out and cleaned up the piercing site and talked me through what it's supposed to look like. All of this took maybe 10 minutes and I didn't even make an appointment or have to pay a thing. I will definitely be coming here to get my navel re done once it heals. Thank you wicked goddess!“

“I brought my 9 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced, we had a great experience. I didn't catch the owners name but he was very calm and kind, patient and professional. He ensured my daughter was ready and that she consented to having her ears pierced. It's a small studio above a tattoo studio(not affiliated), and the chair faces away from the waiting area. We went on a busy day - FCPS day off. We saw 3 other young ladies get various piercing, all went smoothly and was quick. Everything was sterile and he uses a needle rather then the guns other popular places use.“

“I entered the shop and we first signed a contract for safely protocols. My friend came to get a septum piercing. Two people one being lora and another girl who had a septum gave us information on the procedure. They took us to a room and got everything ready. They were so sweet through the process. They talked it through and even had stuff toys for support. Every step they did came with an instruction and information on what’s going to happen which was very reassuring and helpful. After the piercing was complete they gave us candy too.<br><br>I personally loved the experience , cleanliness, people and I would 100% get my own piercings done here.<br><br>Cleanliness: The piercing shop was very clean. They not only had all the equipment sterilised but had all the supplies such as cotton swabs, gloves, saline solution in organised boxes in the walls. The floor was clean and the walls were decorated with decor and pictures of other clients piercings.<br><br>Stylist: Lora was extremely professional and very informative. Every step she took, she first gave an instruction. It was very assuring and helpful. Not only that but she was extremely supportive and kind.“

I called Black Water, and told me to come on over. obviously I didn't have an appointment, but I was really appreciative that they took a walk-in on a Saturday mid-morning.<br>as I was getting my tattoo done, they had 3 customers come in. to me, that says a lot about this tattoo parlor. ??<br><br>Cleanliness: they sterilize everything, like the chair, arm rest, all of the above things before you even sit down to start.<br>I mean it's understood to sterilize, but my artist was meticulous to wipe down everything. and covered and taped afterward with that medical paper you see at dentists.“

“I was pierced by Lindsay today and she was excellent ! I received a free piercing because of how poorly my upper helix was pierced in my hometown ( I was just visiting VA). Lindsay is very talented and VERY passionate, she was open and honest and prepared me for 2 piercings in one day, which was a first for me. I also have exclusive jewelry for my upper helix which is on its way to be on their shelf! It can be very expensive but is worth it ! My ear has had a necessary facelift and I have no complaints ! ?“

They didn’t have me in the shop all day which I love it was a quick process. shout out to Jayden who did my piercing he was super patient with us and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. They gave really good instructions on how to clean my piercing and when it was safe to change it I definitely recommended this place to everyone I knew.“
