I was a little nervous after seeing a couple of bad reviews. I feel like they were completely wrong. My first experience was with Nick, who was super helpful, and today I saw Haley, who was more than welcoming. It's such a joy to experience genuine customer service these days, and both of them made my visits easy and enjoyable. DISREGARD anyone that says there is not people up front, realize the staff has other responsibilities in the salon tending to other customers, I maybe waited 30 seconds. Some people have no patience or maybe having a bad day ! I HIGHLY recommend the Vienna location .Thank you Nick and Haley !

i just recently tanned at this location and im obsessed with my results!!! Ive tanned at multiple PBT locations but this location is the only one that gets me right!!! Usually after a bed tan, my body would feel a little burnt or after a spray i would be a little orange but i didnt have that experience here. The staff is truly amazing, specifically EMILY. emily was the only person working when I went in, although they were about to close she really took her time to pick out the perfect tanning combination for me and it came out amazing! Excellent experience at this location. Thank you Morgan for your sincere customer service and positive attitude. You can drive 10 minutes in any direction in this area to get to a Palm Beach Tan but I 100% recommend this location for their above and beyond dedication to the customer experience.
