The initial visit for our newly adopted kitten went very well. The staff made sure that our kitten was very comfortable during the visit. The examination was thorough. The necessary follow up visits and vaccinations were explained clearly. I would recommend the Oakton-Vienna Veterinary Hospital for any pet owner.
We have been seeing Dr. Jackie Jones at OVVH since we moved here in 2007. She has never failed to be friendly, professional and just the best vet ever. Dr. Jones has seen us through good times and sad times, with compassion and care.
My dog has been a patient here since 2021. She is reactive around other dogs, and the staff have always been able to accommodate her coming in and out without encountering other animals. This is actually what brought us to them, as I called ahead before we moved into the area to ensure we found a vet that would be able to accommodate her anxieties.
The doctors, vet techs, and front desk staff are very attentive and patient, and clearly love animals. We have seen most of the doctors and they are all excellent and thorough.
