My 3 kids have all gone to Mt Kim taekwondo for years and the youngest (5) started later and is still in it. The older two are on pause due to scheduling conflicts. I have nothing but good things to say. My shy one was brought out of her shell through this class and gained confidence in her athletic ability. All of them went willingly and looked forward to progressing to the next tape/belt - a great motivator! All the instructors are so good at getting to know the kids individually and working with them to help them advance. They split the kids up in groups of 3-4 for forms and technique, which is super helpful. I did tkd growing up and think this would have been great... read full review

Mountain Kim is truly the best! Kids love it and as a parent it’s refreshing to see them hold kids accountable to respect, positivity and constantly setting and achieving goals in a positive environment. We use this as a supplement to soccer and basketball (which we all love) but this focuses on building self confidence and concentration (great for adhd kids). It’s hard to find anything structured like this that kids love. Huge fans of Master Andy (Mountain Kim’s son) who runs an awesome program! Can’t say enough great things about it…definitely worth the price tag!

We are so happy with Mt Kim Vienna. My daughter has been attending the Vienna location for 3 years- since she was just shy of 4 years old. She has progressed through the belts on time and, through the dedication of her instructors and master instructors, had fun in the process. We have attended evening classes (and sometimes summer camps, spring and winter break camps, as well as snow day camps). I want to give special recognition to Master Instructor Wi - who is so great with especially the littlest kids when they are a little apprehensive about starting and encouraging with the kids if they get frustrated. Your kid will Lear real no kidding TKD and have a great time... read full review
