Update:I recieved a call from the owner/manager after i left this review. She was very apologetic and explained being very short-staffed due the Holiday. I requested a call back on another day since I was at a very loud store and could not hear her.She called me back a few days later and apologized again. We went over all the things that went wrong during the appointment but at the end of the day, I asked what the resolution would be. I woudl be ok with a partial refund to cover the repair of the gold necklace. She agreed to a full refund and offered a make up service. This spa is a hidden gem in the DC area. The prices are reasonable and truly worth the effort and work put in for clients. Omg! Get the super deluxe facial by Aziza! This lady’s hands are so strong and the products felt fabulous. You get a micro current face lift and more! And Miranda did my massage, consistently asking about my comfort. The massage was amazing. I deserve to be taken care of and so do you! Give them a try!

This was a really great place. I had an awesome massage experience. The therapist knew all there was to know about bodywork and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back. Such a calming vibe too!
