“We send high praise to Jack and the Baldino’s Lock & Key scheduler from their Reston store. Our front door lock was loose and in need of constant care to get us in and out of the house. Day one, we hoped it would fix itself. Day two, it did not fix itself so we called Baldino’s. They had done work for us before. The scheduler was kind and efficent and put our repair on the calendar for that afternoon. Jack called ahead and showed up as promised.
