The office is well maintained, clean and welcoming. They have expanded their office space since our last visit and this makes the foot traffic flow much better. Ashley was great making my son feel instantly comfortable and the initial evaluation and cleaning was a smooth process. Dr. Weil was also great, engaging my son in a little conversation. This practice is a gem! Thank you Dr. Weil and staff!
I am sad because today was my youngest child’s last dental appointment with Dr Weil. (At 20, patients age out of seeing him.) I have been taking my 3 children to him for over 30 years and in that time they have all received stellar dental care. He put them at ease because he formed relationships with all of them and by doing so helped to lessen their eating of sweets and increase their floss use. Honestly, I wish he were my dentist. Dr Weil is a treasure!
Wow, what an absolutely fantastic experience for our 2 year old son!
For our first visit, the team had me complete all forms ahead of time, so we simply just walked in when we arrived (gave me time to comfort my son who was nervous).
Then we sat down for the appointment and Jackie (I think?) took time to show our son everything she was about to do and earn his trust. I felt him physically relax in my arms after that, and then he was perfectly willing to let them explore around in his mouth. Both Jackie and Dr. Weil educated me on where to focus and set expectations for the next few years.
