I've been going there frequently for over ten years and have had a good experience at an excellent price.The same friendly staff has been there for years. I can only think of one time something went wrong, and it was reasonably rectified.I suppose people mostly leave reviews when they're unhappy.

I have been going to this place for over 7 years. No problems whatsoever, they are nice people and greet you when you walk in the door and remember who you are after your 3rd visit or so. One time a button came off my (old) shirt and they fixed it for me without charge. Can't beat the price. I have had them do winter coats for me , suit pants/jackets as well as dress shirts and everything comes back prefect. The people who have complained about it taking 3 days (which is standard) instead of 2 and the ones who lost their own ticket don't make sense, you can't blame a company for your own faults, once again very friendly people who were probably just trying to do them...read full review
