Great experience as a new client! The staff were so welcoming and took great care of me. Jasmine helped me find a great new pair of glasses and gave me plenty of options to try on with her generous opinions. Dr. Davidson was also fantastic and took such delicate care of my exam and honest feedback with such a positive set of feedback. Eager to continue business with them! Highly recommend!

I am very appreciative of the affordable selection of glasses. They have their glasses organized by shapes which made it very easy to find styles. The store was very clean and I was welcomed upon walking in. I asked for wipes to disinfect the glasses and were given a handful. I later noticed that they actually had wipes out for customers to use. A major plus for me. I was helped by Tameka and she went above and beyond to assist. They didn't take my insurance but because of her outstanding customer service, I bought the glasses directly. I am elated by the customer service I received. Tameka, you rocked on sales and customer service!

Besides some negative reviews about the front desk staff and billing. In my case, I have to say that the front desk staff have been very helpful , flexible and attentive in providing me with my appointment and helping me with getting the specific contacts brand that I need . And every time I come to my appointment , I have been seen almost right away , maybe 1-3 min wait time. I have seen Doctor Burton Kraft for almost 6 years. Doctor Kraft has always provided me with transparency about my tests and has always been welcoming to receive any questions and address them thoughtfully. He is the best ! I moved to Woodbridge and I keep coming to this clinic every time !
