Clean, relaxing, great staff! I always feel rejuvenated and alive after each treatment. I have been a client for years and keep coming back. I have tried all 3 , Cryotherapy, Infrared and Thermatic. Each provides a different benefit to your body mind and spirit. Booking is uber easy and flexible scheduling. Do yourself a huge favor and book a package at Alpha Cryo Tysons location!
Alpha Cryo had ample parking and was easy to get to in Tysons. The facility is very clean and all of my appointments have run on time. They made my first experience with cryo fun and answered all my questions to make me feel at ease. I really enjoyed my cryo session and even bought a package.
I highly recommend Alpha Cryo! 1- The benefits of combination Cryo And infrared sauna is amazing for you neuroendocrine system balance. 2- also stimulate your lymphatic system. 3-help you muscle-skeleton 4- help for better sleep. And many more benefits. I personally practice sports long distance like 2-6 hours and since I am visiting alpha Cryo I feel I can recover faster and better.
