Great company to hire, met all of my needs in a professional and timely manner. I had water damage at my house and they took care of everything thoroughly. They work very neat and organized. They also answered all my questions and concerns and guided me through the insurance claims. Javier Did an amazing job restoring my home back to it's original splendor. They took care of our water damage very fast and productive. They were safe wearing masks and keeping the area clean throughout the process. The drywall they replaced was seem-lees and looks like new. In addition, the team did a great job painting and restoring my bathroom beautifully. The wood flooring came out great.. I just wish the rebuilding process was faster. Thank you Javier for doing an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them if you have water damage that needs to be restored.

I was recommended to use them through my insurance. I had a leakage in my bathroom that caused damage on the floor and ceiling. Within the hour of calling them, they arrived and began the process. They even helped me with the rebuild. Their team is polite and responsive. I will say this process took a little less than a week but their team assured me the progress was being made. Now my bathroom looks better than before and I can sleep easy knowing I do not have any mold forming. In terms of payment, they take check or card. They even offer to pick it up from you. I found Restoration Doctor to be convenient and efficient.
