“I came to BellaLuxe in efforts to correct lash extensions I had gotten a few days prior from a separate business. The extensions I had gotten caused a bad reaction resulting in partial blindness, redness, and irritation. I scheduled a removal and upon arrival I was welcomed by 2 amazing staff. The environment was friendly and relaxing, and as I described what had happened prior, both ladies explained what could’ve gone wrong with the other application. What should have been a 30 minute removal, quickly turned into 45 minutes to an hour with the adhesive and technique used for the extensions. My technician was so patient and careful and I left feeling like a weight was lifted from me. Even with the extensions from an outside company they did a wonderful job. I will absolutely be coming back to see them again!“

“Just finished the process of nanoblading on my upper eyelids and eyebrows. It included a consult to discuss what I wanted done and any questions or concerns I had. Jennifer was very thorough with her answers. She's a great communicator. I then had the initial work done and followed up with an included touch up six weeks later. I was extremely diligent with following the post procedure instructions I was given and it all turned out beautifully! It was everything I wanted. What a confidence boost and time saver. I am ready with simply mascara and lip gloss or even no mascara at all.

“I had booked an appointment thru their ig page! It was so easy and quick! The location is right off of 355 in Bethesda in front of the AC hotel. It is also walking distance from the Bethesda metro stop. Brenda was so welcoming and helpful with this being my first time getting extensions with her. She asked what I wanted to do, I also asked her expert opinion and we did a wispy full cat eye which was so amazing! Brenda also had snacks and water in her suite and she made sure I was comfortable during my appointment. It was a great experience my lashes have lasted almost 2 weeks with some shedding but Brenda said it's normal! 10/10 would recommend. Brenda provided excellent customer service and fair prices. The suite was clean, cute and full of snacks!“

“I just got my lashes done by Payton and it was amazing! She was so attentive to the style that I wanted even though I didn't even come in with inspiration pics. She asked me a lot of questions that I haven't been asked before - about length, where I like it to be the longest, etc. I'm a little more of a newcomer to getting my lashes done but she was super helpful and attentive. “I had been doing research on microblading and nanobrows for some time. Dino was recommended to me by a friend and I looked up her work and decided to book an appointment to do nanobrows with her. When I met her we went over my intentions and I emphasized looking fuller and thicker with being natural. The appointment took about 2.5 hours where Dino carefully took her time to draw in the shape and make sure I was happy with it before she started her work. I was so pleased with the results and the fact that they looked so natural yet full. Exactly what we discussed. She gave me the aftercare paperwork and I made sure I touched base with her throughout the next 5-7 weeks for any additional touch up needed. With oily skin sometimes the pigment doesn't stick so I was mindful of that. Fast forward to two months later... I have had two touch ups because of my skin type and throughout the entire process of healing Dino checked in with me and welcomed any updated photos so she could follow her work through. Dino is very thorough and ensures that you, as the customer are satisfied with the end results. I have had multiple compliments and have referred a few friends who are looking to get their brows done to her. I have appreciated getting to know Dino and I really value her thoroughness to ensuring her clients are a 100% satisfied with her work. I am very happy with my brows and look forward to seeing her in a few years for my touch up!“

“Fired my last place and this came recommended by another Yelp elite friend. Started online to make an appt. Quickly realized after making appt that I had a conflict. I couldn't figure out how to cancel it online. No one answered your phone and the voicemail didn't sound professional so I didn't leave a message. I sent a message. I did get an e-mail confirming the appt and it was easy to cancel. I made another appt. When I arrived Sophia was ready for me and very pleasant. She took her time to get my brows right. Parking was free and easy. I have a new eyebrow lady :)“
