Wish I could give them o stars...5 months, they couldn't diagnose my son with CRPS disease. Plus the PT kept pushing him but he was just getting worse. When I called to speak with them, they didn't pay attention, I could hear typing in the background and they wouldn't respond "hello, are you there?"
They pushed my 12 year old son so hard in the PT and now he has RSD/CRPS. Obviously the PT department doesn’t know of this disease. Even when I called to speak about his situation the doctor was typing in the background and I had to ask if he was still on the line. “Hello” I said 2x. Rude and arrogant….get them in push them out. I do not recommend them, I do recommend Virginia spine institute.
I have to say that I had the best experience with Dr. Chandra, and the Center for Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. I never in my life thought I would need a surgery. I had to have surgery to remove a bone spur in my elbow. Throughout the whole process leading up to my surgery, every time I saw Dr. Chandra, he made sure that I was at ease knowing it was my first surgery. Now, after having surgery, I’m back to working out and feeling stronger than before. I’m very thankful for the service that I received, and would definitely recommend Dr. Chandra and the Center for Orthopedic and Sports Medicine to anyone that wants, great care, as well as great customer service!
