This place doesn't listen to you... you can explain explain and explain and they DONT LISTEN TO YOU AND OVER CHARGE YOU FOR IT !!!!! Smh i've never NEVERRRRR in my life had an experience like this ever ruined my nails for my bday weekend i told them so many times what i wanted and they just don't care .. the first lady was super aggressive and kept hurting me i feel it was on purpose i had to leave with JUST CLEAR ACRYLIC ON MY TOES !! and she charged me 60$ for just that like wtf ??? and ONTOP of that i call explain my situation and everything i talked to 3 people and nothing changed i left LEFTTTTT AND WAS ASKED TO COME BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE GANNA FIX... read full review

Worst nail place in Tyson's. My daughters went today to get their nails removed and both technicians were so rude to them. They treated them like they don't belong there. They hurt their fingers cutting it too short and they were so dirty as well. While doing other customers pedicure they touched my daughter's hands with it without washing it first. When my daughter asked to wash her hand she snapped at her. We are so disappointed and disgusted by these 2 nail technicians as well as this place. "HORRIBLE"! We called the manager and asked those 2 ladies names, she said Cindy and Mindy, not sure if that's their real names but shame on them... read full review

I tried this nail salon on July 3 while killing time in Tyson's Corner. It was a huge mistake and waste of $70! Initially, I thought the gentleman that was doing my nails was just taking his time and being meticulous. No! He didn't know what he was doing. My toes had polish all around cuticles and looked vert sloppy. The same continued with my gel manicure. I had to clean up the polish and properly trim my cuticles when I got home. To make it worse, less than a week later my the gel polish was lifting and coming off.
