“Vets are okay with decent prices! However neither of them can write, why even give me a paper with instructions and what happened in the office if I cant read it!?! Older white lady at the desk must hate her job, constantly sighing and complaining. However the younger one is super sweet and helpful! Only bad experiences with the older lady at the desk. The after hours Answering service is wack though. What is the point of paying someone to answer the phone to tell us they cant help us. I asked if I should take my animal to the vet and she said "I cant give you any medical advice." My husband called today (5/17/24 @6pm) asking how much for the heart-worm prevention, lady stated that she did not know and does not get paid enough to answer for the vet. That is literally your job, what the fuck?“

THERAPY, Boarding and Grooming all on facility premises. ALL staff polite and professional, very thorough animal exam and explained in terms I could easily understand. Reasonably priced. I am impressed with the tour I received and especially like fact a human is on premises 24/7 during boarding. I am pleased with services received.“

Much to my surprise that was not the case. After calling 5-6 other vets in the Gloucester VA area and being told if I wasn't a current client they wouldn't see her, I looked for other vets. I found Godspeed on the internet. Called them and they were so caring and wanted to get my kitty feeling better. We were able to bring her in the same day and Dr Rob saw her. He was very concerned and wanted to make sure she would be feeling better. That evening Dr Rob called to find out how she was doing. The next morning a staff member called to find out her status. I've never had a vet to call not once but twice to see how she was. I will be changing yo Godspeed for all my kitten's needs.“

My Sweet Allie May was severely misdiagnosed by a previous vet, and as her problems grew worst, They swooped in, no judgement, and helped me make the hardest decision I've ever had to make as a dog mom to make my 4 legged baby, now a 3 legged baby! They were so informative, BEYOND attentive, they loved my girl just as much as I do, and they kept me up to date through surgery, after surgery, they even checked in on us multiple times making sure all was well with Allie, and that she was healing great! We are very grateful for this clinic, and everyone who has been a light for Allie and I, and even our entire family! When I first came in I had a baby strapped to my chest, and two other children ( their dad was working, so mom was playing super mom) and they opened all of us with open arms, and made things just so seamless for us!
