Today, coming home from 2-weeks of vacation, I came to a home with about half the electrical stuff working (HVAC units were both down). “David Cyphers is great !! We had a sewage pump breakdown in our basement. After having A1 come out to diagnose, then estimated $1940 total for the work. I then contacted Cyphers for a second opinion. David Cyphers quickly arranged to come out. He thoroughly tested and determined the pump was indeed bad. He had one on his truck, replaced ours that day, and system back to working great again. His total charge was $964; almost $1000 lower than A1's. Cyphers is now our go-to plumber in the Williamsburg/Toano area !“
