With every horse we’ve taken to Dr. Allen and Dr. John’s, we’ve received a prompt and thorough diagnosis! Because of VEI we have avoided “ going down the rabbit hole” to get a diagnosis! The staff is welcoming, professional and accommodating! I am so grateful and thankful, as are my happy horses!

I had a fantastic experience at VEI. The staff was extremely friendly and took their time helping me understand what I can expect with leaving my horse with them for a few days. He ended up staying longer than expected for an additional procedure and I know he was well cared for. Dr. Johns was friendly and caring and gave me the time to ask all my questions. She also coordinated care with my home vet. The facility was clean and beautiful. My discharge paperwork was detailed and well explained. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
