We are so very grateful for Dr. Kylie and Dr Sara and the Piedmont Equine Team! They were very responsive, kind, attentive and supportive during some very difficult times when our donkeys were very sick and had to be put down. I would highly recommend them!!

My horse and I love Piedmont Equine. They are extremely responsive and the people who answer their phones are so kind. Dr. Wilkinson and Dr. Aksten are so helpful and friendly. I fully trust them with my horse's care.

I could go on for days about this practice. Dr. Wilkensen, Dr. Moss and Dr. Bowman are top tier in their profession. They listen, show up when they say they will, and fit you in as needed. Further, they communicate. Piedmont has their own pharmacy and Po (I maybe misspelling her name) is extremely efficient and helpful. The office managers- Wanda in particular- are kind and responsive and return calls when they say they will. You can tell this practice truly cares about their clients. It truly is a one stop shop for horses. I have used them in emergencies, chiropractic, routine, and injections and imaging. Zero complaints. Their pricing is competitive and they offer discounted rates on medication if you pay at time of pick up. Highly recommend.
