I've been to many hair salons in my time. Rivah Hair Salon was suggested to me as a nice place for my final search in getting my hair services done. 5* place. Nice atmosphere and people. Yep, I've found my search in salons. So glad it was suggested. All other places I found in Tappahannock didn't have the personal experience and attitudes made me feel unwelcomed.
