Fantastic Experience at 'Cut & Play' in Tappahannock, VA!I recently visited [Barbershop Name] in Tappahannock, Virginia, based on a recommendation from my work buddies, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Kane, the talented barber who worked on my hair, executed exactly what I wanted with precision and skill. The atmosphere at the barbershop was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Kane's attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. I left the barbershop feeling not only satisfied with my haircut but also excited to recommend this gem to others. If you're in Tappahannock and looking for a skilled barber who listens to...read full review

The barber did amazing cutting my husband's hair. We had to make a fast trip to VA for family emergency. Hadn't had time to go barber. This barber did better than our regular one back home.

Went in on a whim last weekend to see about getting my curly/wavy unruly, frizzy gray hair under control. I've got the worst caucasian hair ever in my opinion and it's always been a nightmare finding someone who understands it and I trust enough to let them cut it. Most salons want to wash my hair before they cut it but with curly hair you can't do that, lord knows what the end result would be because wet curls are completely different from dry curls. The barber shop is in the front and salon is through the saloon doors in the back which from here on out is my Mecca. I spoke with Jackie and when she looked at me like I was nuts when I explained that the other salons wanted to wash my hair, I knew I had found "The One" and immediately asked if I could make an appointment.Today was the day and OMG my girl didn't let me down, even in it's natural state (no products or drying) my curls fall perfectly "messy" and defined after taking a shower tonight and letting it air dry. In almost 50 years my hair has never done that, I'm over the moon.Jackie definitely without a doubt knows the woes of curly girls and how angry our hair can get when not in good hands. From here on out she is the only one touching this head, and I just wish I had found her sooner because I'm already worried about what I will do if she ever retires LOL!The shop is pretty freaking busy so I highly recommend making an appointment, and aside from a stellar cut I had a great time chatting.I look forward to my next visit, SMOOOOOOOOCHES Jackie and Paul is jealous that you were able to get the reaction from the "girls" with a simple scalp massage!!
