The Sears technician Jose was very nice. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer (it wasn't working) & fixed it in a timely manner. We were very happy with Sears Appliance Repair service!

I would have posted 5 stars, but it has taken them about 3 months to get our refrigerator fixed and a lot of food thrown away over this period of time. Of course, the Techs and the warranty company are never on the same page. I will never purchase LG products again, that’s for sure. Hopefully, it is fixed this time.

Anthony was fine! Professional. I respect him and he did a good job!
HOWEVER, THIS WAS THE FOURTH TECHNICIAN assigned to come for this ONE REPAIR on my refrigerator. The PREVIOUS THREE TECHNICIANS CALLED TO CANCEL WITHIN 1/2 hour OF THE SCHEDULED TIME THEY WERE DUE TO PREFORM THE REPAIR! Three previous times they cancelled!!!! This was VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This was quite disheartening! I waited and waited and waited and then CANCELLATIONS three times in a row! Please, please stop this nightmare!
