Ian Wise was at our home this August for a routine checkup of our house’s heat pump unit. Ian was on time, polite and considerate in not making a mess when he climbed into our attic with blown insulation from our hallway access panel and when he changed the filters in our two ceiling registers. The written report he left with us was detailed and he took time to verbally share that information with us allowing for questions. He was helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions.“

I called the office and the lady receiving calls was extremely polite and helpful. She stated I could except someone around thirty minutes which is amazing. He was kind to my two loud mini doxies guard dogs and asked about the unit’s problem and where it was located. He had to go around many obstacles to get the problem. “Mr. Silva is the only person I will ever call for my heat and air needs. I've used him before for small issues and he never recommended work that didn't need to be done. He doesn't try to sell you a new setup if what you have can be fixed and he charges a fair price for when he performs repairs. When my old unit was finally giving up the ghost he could have performed a bandaid fix costing me an extra 500 dollars or more, which would have resulted in me having to have to replace everything shortly afterwards, resulting in my having spent more money. He did a complete system replacement for us, working us into his busy schedule so we wouldn't be without AC too long in the heat wave. He and his worker Brian were consummate professionals, polite and respectful. They did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. Folks, these guys are as honest as a day is long. I've dealt with dishonest HVAC companies before but Mr Silva and Brian have my complete trust. I wouldn't even hesitate to give them the keys to my house if I couldn't be home when they were working.“
