I had two pine trees removed from my back yard. each almost 100 feet high. they climbed both trees and ropes down each section to protect a shed and fence close to the trees. they did a great job and cleaned up according to our agreement. I would recommend them.
The team at Sumerduck did a fantastic job clearing downed trees, brush, branches and leaves from our property. They worked hard to make our yard beautiful and went above and beyond what was expected. The price was reasonable and the service was wonderful.
Middle of the Road on this Review - First they Use Constant Pressure Sales to try to get the Customer to Approve of them doing the work, Show Up every day to see if the Customer is willing to agree to their terms. Next they State that they will Provide Great Customer Experience, and that the Work Will be Professional, and that there Will be Walk Thru with the Customer upon Completion. The laborers that they have are a Very Professional and an Excellent Working Crew, event though at Times I seen many standing around reviewing their Cell Phone(s) more than Working to Finish the Project. I will state that I would give them 5-Star on Removing a Very Difficult Tree, it was very professional on how they completed the Job from Start to Finish with that. However, as the customer I felt that the work at my house was more for Further Advancing additional work, as the Site Lead and the Owner departed to Troll the Neighborhood seeking additional work, which initially I felt was OK, until I witnessed members of the Crew Leaving the Work Area and going to Other Houses in the Neighborhood to start work there. The other issue that I have was with payment, they stated that they would send me an Invoice via Pay Pal, so I could pay with Credit Card. One of the Site Leads arrived at my door at 6:30 in the evening to let me know that I should have the Invoice in 10 to 15 minutes, 20 minutes later another Representative is at my Door Requesting if I could please make the payment, I find this to be Unprofessional, if you are going to provide an invoice, at least allow the Customer to make Payment in 24 Hours, hence the purpose of Email. As a Business Operation, if you want Direct Payment then you should provide the Means to Collect Direct Payment, i.e. Credit Card Reader, or other Technological Advancements if you want payment that way. If you are going to send an email, you are also providing the customer with at least a 24 Hour Window in which to Respond. Also in consideration, I did not receive my Customer Walk Thru as stated that I would when I agreed to terms, I hope that this description provides that Summerduck Tree and Landscaping are only concerned to get an agreement to conduct work, but their Leadership does not understand the Concept of Customer Service after the Sale and upon completion of the Job. I guess it is lucky that it was Dark Out at the time that they completed the Job, as it would be difficult to complete the Customer Review in the Dark.
