Two months ago, the HVAC drain in my attic overflowed and caused part of the ceiling in my son’s bathroom to collapse. Loving Air was at my house within hours, and they didn’t just fix the problem—they went above and beyond. They rerouted my electrical system so the unit will automatically shut off if the drain ever overflows again. Richard himself came out that day to inspect the damage, and the entire team was polite, friendly, and efficient, as always. The part that truly blew me away was that Loving Air even covered the drywall repair for the ceiling. That saved me a significant expense, and it meant so much to me and my family.
