We had a big renovation on half of our house and decided to replace the HVAC system during the renovation. Josh came out promptly and looked at the job. He provided an estimate, and we hired them to replace our system. They put in new supply lines within a couple of days. Within 2 weeks Josh had a crew installing our new unit. All of this work was done without interfering with our ongoing renovation. I would recommend Tidewater Pro Air to anyone. Superb service and customer friendly staff. Thank you!

Tidewater Pro Air, especially Josh, is terrific. We had a factory problem with one of our units and Josh came over to our house on a Saturday afternoon within hours of our call. He left a family celebration to help us and we were/are so grateful. We highly recommend TPA for their service, immediate responses and efficiency...not to mention their great friendly attitudes! Two thumbs up!

Five stars! The entire process was easy and everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and respectful. They weren’t the cheapest company, but I believe that you get what you pay for. They provided me with several options to suit my needs and budget. They kept me informed while we were waiting for installation and offered temporary portable ACs if we needed them to keep cool. One minor detail that I really appreciated is that they re-caulked the trim for the attic ladder when they had to remove it.
