The best vet I think I’ve ever been to. I was given the runaround by my regular vet and Blue Pearl for months. One visit to the COVE got me the answers I needed to get my 9 year old rescue Lolee on the mend. Compassionate employees, speedy service and an all around great experience for us both. I am so thankful for The COVE and their staff this morning. I called two separate vets office, each telling me they could not see my dog for an emergency visit, before I finally reached the COVE. While the COVE was by no means the closest option for me, I was so thankful for their willingness to see me on such short notice. As soon as I hung up the phone with them, I rushed right over. They were extremely kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated as I was in a state of distress. My cat had a urinary tract blockage which is life threatening and, after taking him to two other emergency vets (one was only open until midnight and the other was midnight to 0800), we thankfully found COVE.
The staff here is kind, caring, and incredibly dedicated. The vets were straightforward with our cat's prognosis and gave us a very clear care plan with the cost of care laid out in a best case and worst case scenario estimate.
They took excellent care of our fur-baby and he recovered and was released after five days. He's doing amazing and has returned to doing all his favorite things (bird watching, snuggling his family, and bullying our poor dog!)....read full review
