It was the first time experience for me. I went in for a haircut. I got a haircut. They trim my hair on my ears for me and off my neck. They took me in the back room and washed my hair in a vibrating chair with a facial and neck massage. Then when I went back to the chair to get my glasses in my hat. They took a vibrator to my shoulders and my neck. I was really relaxed when I left. They give you a complete spa with your first haircut. A definite thumbs up five stars.
Last attempt I will make to get a haircut here.
Apparently staffing is a big issue.
Last week I checked the hours online on Wed, said open. Get to the store and it's closed with a paper schedule taped to the door saying closed. Wasted trip.
Tried again, checked in online with a 15 min wait, only 1 stylist there, waited 40 min before I left.
Went back today, checked in at 3:28, was given an email of 3:45. Get to the store, told I wasn't on the list and they're closing at 4.
I'll take my business elsewhere.
Service at the Suffolk VA store is always excellent due to the efforts of two key associates - Lois and Monica.I have been a long time Sports Clips customer and have been going to the Suffolk store for three years now and their service has always been stellar. They are always very professional, friendly, and organized and make everyone that walks through the door feel welcome.No matter what time you get there or how busy they are, they are always smiling and provide great service to every customer. Although a lot of retail locations are looking for help these days, Monica and Lois provide a great cut every time!Service: Hairstyling
