Making people cuticles bleed without offering a discount or a free service is not what I called good customer service. The same tech made a young lady walked out because she is too aggressive on the most sensitive part of nails. I won't be going back, although I really do like this establishment. I wish I knew her name but I do remember her face.
I have been to this salon about 6-7 times. Usually my pedicures are ok. I have never had to complain before, but this time was different. I was very disappointed this time even though I got a more expensive pedicure than usual. The lady that did my nails didn’t use clippers or the rotary tool to make your nails smooth. I didn’t realize how bad my nails looked until my polish dried, because I didn’t get gel. The manager finally came over and worked on my nails after a lengthy wait. She did make them look a lot better. I would suggest to make sure you are choosing someone to do your nails that has some experience.
So I came in with a broken real nail and wanted an acrylic nail put on and gel polish on the rest of my actual nails. The lady quickly went to work. When she was done the acrylic nail was left very large. It doesn't look natural at all. (Or good for that matter) And two days later and my right thumb is starting to chip. I paid $50 for gel manicure. That's a lot for that service. I won't be going back. My friend recommended Texas nails in Franklin. I should have listed.
