I went to this location for the second time yesterday. Although they were friendly, I was over charged. I asked for the 35$ pedicure and when I went to pay I was told 50 dollars. I tipped the lady before proceeding to the counter a 20 dollar bill. Due to excessive charges I'm dissatisfied and will not be returning to this establishment.

Making people cuticles bleed without offering a discount or a free service is not what I called good customer service. The same tech made a young lady walked out because she is too aggressive on the most sensitive part of nails. I won't be going back, although I really do like this establishment. I wish I knew her name but I do remember her face.

I'm very disappointed with the service received today. I asked for a file and gel mani. I had nails when I went in but she filed them way too short. It looks like I did these myself lol
