Dr.Parsons addressed my concerns and has been a great physician. Always issues answering the phone in Pediatrics as well as OB-GYN. Both offices have managed to lose entire medical histories. “Our systems are changing” is NOT a valid excuse. this is a doctors office, patients should not have to deal with this. I was hung up on by the OB-GYN dept TWICE (the receptionist had claimed to put me on hold and the call ended. simple issue that should be addressed and could easily be avoided) after missing a call from my dr. My OBGYN is a good doctor but Lakeview Medical Center is doing everything to rip the patient off. I had two blood work (Estrodiol and FSH) requested by Dr. Demkowski and he suggested that have them done at their facility; Lakeview Medical Center on Bridge road. Very challenging when calling to make an appointment with my primary care provider. When provided with the opportunity to speak with the operator, it states this option is not available. Usually have to talk to other departments to book a primary care appointment. The atmosphere is not that welcoming, uncomfortable for the most part. It is not the doctor, my doctor is great and always has been. On the contrary, the nurse makes the appointment slightly awkward and uncomfortable as if she does not want to be bothered or annoyed by me and my child's presence which has happened more than once. Whatever the case, it is time to look elsewhere.
