My wife has been experiencing awful pains in her leg. In Motion was recommended to her. Having gone through all the paperwork and available dates, her appointment was canceled the morning of her appointment.

This was another great experience, had the same technician from last year. She is very nice and personable..always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. This is one of the best places that I've had my exam done. The receptionist is very helpful and polite. They always get you right in and out..Never had a long wait. The facility is always clean and comfortable. You have a choice of coffee or tea in the waiting area . They have a television and individual dressing rooms, very clean and neat. There are magazines and literature for your reading pleasure.

I cancelled all future appointments after multiple disappointments, the provider was nice but did not dedicate the resources to treat me properly. Too many times I was seen later than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment and more than once 30 minutes. She was also not even there a couple of times and often seemed rushed. I expected and deserved better treatment.
