“I had two 50+ ft pine trees in my front yard that needed to be cut down due to tree roots getting into my sewer line. Contacted multiple landscaping companies, this is the only one that called me back. They contacted me back quickly and put me in their schedule immediately.

Unfortunately I had to wait three whole months because they were so backlogged with work and because of bad weather forcing them to reschedule. Neither of those things were their fault however and they were very professional in explaining said situation. They were able to finally show up though and they did an amazing job and charged a perfectly reasonable price. Even took the time to grind up the stumps for me, which I didn't even ask for (at least I don't remember asking for it).

Only reason why they don't get 5 stars is because when they grinded up the stumps, they left a giant pile/mountain of mulch in one location and only spread it out a tiny bit. Outside of that though they cleaned up after themselves fairly well.

Overall they are a professional, well ran company that I highly recommend. Only downside is that they are really busy so if you need something done, try to schedule in advance.“

“Dodson's was recommended to me by family members, so when I needed service, I called them. Best decision I could have made. From the first interaction, Jason was professional and kind with a sense of humor. He relieved many of my concerns over the phone.

When he came for the inspection, he was wonderful. I walked him through my concerns and he really listened. I was delighted to find out that what I thought were roaches were really earwigs, and seasonal at that.

He took the time to explain the situation clearly and in a wonderfully straightforward manner. He explained that I didn't really need their services (and why that was the case) and told me how to manage the problem myself with an inexpensive yet effective spray that I can get locally.
