“My parents have been taking their dog there for several years to get his nails trimmed & hair cut. This past time they went to get his hair cut it was awful. They brought him back the next day to explain why they were unhappy with the cut, not to get a refund or something for free, but to show the lady why they were unhappy in hopes she would understand & next time would be better. That is not at all what they experienced. She was argumentative trying to defend the cut & said he was acting unruly, which if you knew my parents dog is hard to believe. Most people like supporting small businesses but this is one that I will not recommend to anyone, not because of the bad hair cut but because of the poor customer service.
