ZIPS Cleaners

I reviewed Zips a few weeks ago and gave them 1 star. After my review, Elizabeth from Zips asked me to stop by when I got a chance. I spoke to her and showed her the cuts to my 3 pair of pants. She said that she didn't know what happened and then took me on a tour of the machines they use and showed me all of the equipment. She couldn't explain what happened, but she offered a credit to my account that was fair! Ahhh, customer service like it was back in the day!

I have had great service at the ZIPS in Sterling, and the seamtress there does great with alterations. The ZIPS in Fairfax not so great they ruined the fur on a new white coat I entrusted them to dry clean. To much heat. I'll never go there again.

I love going to Zips for my dry cleaning the price is unbeatable can’t believe that I ever paid $30 to have my uniform dry cleaned. I usually get a text that is ready same day I dropped it off. Thank you for great service and affordable dry cleaning
