Why did Z Cleaners get my business over several other companies, and why am I eager to write this review? Two reasons. He made it very simple and easy to work with him and his pricing is unbeatable. My kind of service provider - Easy, simple, high-value and convenient. Many carpet cleaning companies I engaged made things too difficult - sent me a ton of pricing info and options for me to read and calculate, wanted an appt to come measure before providing an estimate (despite all the info I provided online), had long lead times, charged extra for basic services (i.e. deoderizing). Not Z. One phone call, he understood the scope of work, provided an estimate,.set up a convenient appt, arrived on time, he and his helper moved stuff around and finished in a couple of hours. He provided an electronic invoice with the capability to pay electronically. Nice guy too. Easy. High value. Great job. Love companies that focus on quickly and efficiently solving customers' problems at a very reasonable price.
