Every person that I had contact with at the Sterling Jackson Clinic was fantastic. Makese, the patient care manager, is absolutely lovely and also incredibly efficient and effective. He made scheduling (and rescheduling) almost effortless, and walked me through any payment questions I had. The type of customer service and organisation required to run a clinic like this is very difficult, but Makese makes it look easy. Ryan, the exercise specialist, was a lot of fun to work with and was able to engage my teenage daughter (not always an easy feat). I was suffering from lower back pain ,so I came to Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy ,and I met Madalyn ,she was very wonderful and kind , I would like to say thank you for everything she did for me !and I'm now constantly improving ,Also ,thank you to Ryan who was patient with me during the exercises! Great team and awesome place thanks!
The Jackson Clinics in Sterling will be the best experience for your PT journey. The attention to detail and personalized experience that Ryan provides allows you to feel like you are in the best hands. The location has brand new equipment and you will not regret going to Jackson Clinics in Sterling for your recovery journey! I had ACL reconstruction and am four months post surgery and give all the credit to Jackson Clinics for how great I feel now!
