Dr. Ian, Nicole, and the entire Jackson Clinic team at Shirlington are elite! If I could give them six stars and a protein shake, I would. I came in after a rotator cuff/shoulder injury from a weightlifting mishap. Somehow these PT wizards took me from wincing when I put on a shirt to getting back under the barbell with confidence and drive. Their mix of expert knowledge, motivation, and humor made my visits something I actually looked forward to, not dreaded. Ian could probably rehab a broken chair if you gave him enough resistance bands. And after he puts you through the ringer, his magic hands make the soreness disappear. I’m now back on track for my lifting goals and hitting the gym again without fear. If you want someone who knows their stuff, keeps you laughing through the pain, and actually gets you results, Ian and Nicole are the dream team.
I was hospitalized and then lost 30lbs in a month. Was referred to TJC Aldie by my PCP. Excellent people. Sam and Ruth are there for all the scheduling and help with insurance My therapists- Mina and in her absence Colin are the best. They both are wonderful and helped me with my goals Kelly, Cara and Olga - the team which helped me with the exercises and ensuring that I was in good shape and not over stressful. Always there to help me with my questions as well The best thing with this team- my exercises mattered to them and not the time. I was very slow for obvious reasons but was never pushed because I was taking more time I will refer them all the time
Awesome place for therapy. Everyone is kind and extremely professional. I’m hooked!!!!
